Q: What is 'Print on Demand' product?
A: Print on demand means that you are ordering the product and it is made to order by a 3rd party company. This product is not stocked and shipping times will vary. Sabelladona uses Printful.com and ArtofWhere.com for her print on demand products. You can see which service is providing the product in the item description.
A benefit to print on demand for small businesses is that they do not have to worry about minimum order counts, or keeping a warehouse of product. The revenue to the artist however is much smaller than hard stocked product usually.

Q: What does "Hard Stocked" mean?
A: Hard stocked means that Sabella phsycially has the product and it is shipped directly from her. 
Hard stocked product is not always available due the nature of Sabella's family being involved in the US military and regularly moving. 

Q: How long is shipping?
A: Shipping will depend on if your product is hard stocked or if it is print on demand. 
If it is a hard stocked product they will usually ship within 1 week. Print on demand will vary depending on the product because it has to be made per order.

Once an item has shipped delivery depends on the destination, and carrier. Some products will have tracking numbers and some will not. If a product does not state in the item description that a tracking number will be provided Sabella cannot estimate how long delivery will take.

Sabella checks orders regularly to process for shipping. Depending on your location shipping may take up to 1 month. You will recieve a tracking number once the shipping labels have been printed so you can see when your product will arrive!

If you order a print on demand prodcut it can take up to 3 weeks to be produced and then shipped to you. (You can tell if something is print on demand via the product description.)

Q: Do you use plastic in your packaging?
A: Yes. Some plastic packaging is used for keychains, sticker packs, and prints. Sabella also uses a bubble mailer for sending out pins and keychains. If you would prefer to recieve your package with as little plastic as possible please leave a note on your order and Sabella will be happy to remove as much plastic as she can!
If you order print on demand products Sabella cannot remove excess packaging.
